The earner has fully attended the seven (7) core courses: Business English Grammar, Conflict Resolution for the Workplace, Effective Communication & Relationships, Proofreading Perfected, Interpersonal Communication, Speaking with Confidence, and Writing Skills for Business. Courses are evaluated by assignment or assessment. Interpersonal Skills and Writing Skills (60% - Pass; 90% - Exceptional Pass), and Proofreading Perfected (60% - Pass; 75% - Exceptional Pass).
