Earning Criteria

Complete a for-credit LEAD course at RSC from one of the following: LEAD 2103 (3 hours), LEAD 1103 (3 hours), LEAD 2113 (3 hours), or LEAD 1203 (3 hours)
Complete a minimum number (30) of documented volunteer hours with a campus or community partner, demonstrating consistency and commitment.
