Earning Criteria

  • Each participant will create an account on Catalyst™ where they will complete the Everything DiSC Workplace® online assessment. During the live session, a certified CCG facilitator will discuss the results and strategies to move forward. Each participant receives a 20-page workplace-specific profile report to help them explore the priorities that drive them and identify key strategies—based on their individual DiSC® profile—for increasing their effectiveness in working with other styles.
