This series of classes equips participants with the intellectual and practical resources they need to break down barriers and build up support mechanisms for long term anti-racist and anti-sexist work within their organizations. Students will complete the class with a familiarity with the language, historical orientation, and analytical framework for starting the work of dismantling racism and sexism in the institutions to which they belong.
