Gender and Sexuality Through an Intersectional Lens explores the historical and contemporary concepts of gender and sexuality, and presents key theories of privilege, identity, and intersectionality (especially of race, class, gender, and sexuality) to prepare participants for effective implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizational contexts.
