Providing effective feedback to employees is an essential but challenging skill for leaders. If done well, feedback can improve employee performance and build positive relationships. During this interactive 1.5 hour workshop, attendees learn different approaches to sharing meaningful positive and constructive feedback and have opportunities to practice them. The workshop is offered through the Center for the Advancement of Learning at the University of Evansville.
