Participants will learn essential attitudes, skills, and strategies needed to align themselves with the Molson Coors Growth Behaviors – Authenticity, Learning Agility, and Managing Complexity. This will be an enabler to start their journey to authentic leadership as well as gain knowledge and skills to build and maintain a high-performing culture for their teams.

They will become familiar with the following FranklinCovey concepts: 6 Critical Practices of Leading a Team, Speed of Trust, Unleash Your Team’s Potential Through Coaching, Navigating Difficult Conversations. Additional areas of focus and skills that will be explored includes self-awareness, emotional intelligence, building relationships, and managing stress.
