Earning Criteria

• Earners complete 2-3 hours of LinkedIn Learning content on techniques and strategies for integrating and implementing technology into the classroom. Earners can leverage technology in the classroom to promote engagement, enhance lessons and knowledge retention. Earners discover how to combine instruction with digital resources to create a blended learning environment. Earners understand synchronous learning tools and can design engaging content that connects with a diverse set of learners.
• Earners complete 2-3 hours of LinkedIn Learning content on creating engaging online platforms and tools for student learning. Earners can create interactive lessons using Microsoft PowerPoint, social media platforms, and other internet-based platforms. Earners discover how use gamification to set goals for learning and provide multidimensional feedback to learners.
• Earners complete 1 hour of LinkedIn Learning content on how to use technology to create assessments for student success. Earners understand how technology can play a critical role in the classroom to promote engagement and student knowledge retention.
• Earners discover tools and tips for integrating and implementing technology into the adult-centered classroom. Earners understand the theory behind adult learning. Earners can identify the specific adult-learner needs that must be considered during the instructional design process. Earners are able to rethink their presentation style and redefine their techniques for incorporating Microsoft PowerPoint in the classroom.
