Earners discover internet-based tools such as video and audio conferencing, learning management systems, and social media, for communicating and developing effective learning objectives.

Earners complete 2 hours of LinkedIn Learning content to develop essential teaching skills, techniques, and strategies. Earners are able to create a classroom culture through the use of classroom management techniques to develop thoughtful learning goals and outcomes that increase achievement and decrease disruption. Earners learn how visual thinking strategies and project-based learning can create equal access to learning resources and opportunities for students.
