Earners successfully completed the ICF Level 1 accreditated coach education training program - The WELL-EQUIPPED COACH. Earners prove they are well-equipped to provide coaching at the associate level by validating skills and knowledge through rigorous testing, observation, peer practice, real-life application, and completing 84 hours of coach-specific education. Earners are now an integral part of establishing the TWEC coaching community by actively RAISING THE BAR OF PROFESSIONAL COACHING.

Earning Criteria

Formally contract with a minimum of eight unique clients and complete 100 hours of client coaching.

Complete a minimum of 10 mentoring hours with a PCC-level ICF mentor.

Receive a satisfactory rating at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level of an observed client coaching session with written competency-based feedback documentation.

Complete all requirements of The Well-Equipped Coach curriculum and attend 80% of all live classes.

Successfully pass The Well-Equipped Coach knowledge validations at a minimum of 80%.
