Earners complete 50 hours of client coaching with a minimum of six unique clients, in addition to two group and three individual mentoring hours with a PCC-level ICF mentor. The 50-Hour badge represents the second milestone of becoming well-equipped as they fulfill the curriculum requirements of The Well-Equipped Coach Program.

Earning Criteria

25Hours TWEC Coaching Experience
Formally contract with a minimum of six unique clients and complete 50 hours of client coaching.
Attend The Well-Equipped Coach program led by an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Complete a minimum of three group and four individual mentoring hours with a PCC-level ICF mentor.
Receive a satisfactory rating of an observed client coaching sessions with written competency-based feedback documentation.
Complete all requirements of The Well-Equipped Coach curriculum to date and attend 80% of all live classes.
