Earning Criteria

Formally contract with a minimum of four unique clients and complete 25 hours of client coaching.
Attend The Well-Equipped Coach program led by an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Complete a minimum of one individual mentoring session with a PCC level ICF mentor.
Receive a satisfactory rating of an observed client coaching session with written competency-based feedback documentation.
Complete all requirements of The Well-Equipped Coach curriculum to date and attend 80% of all live classes.
