Earners assisted in founding the first TWEC program in 2023 by providing valuable insight from the participant's viewpoint. Earners successfully completed the year-long WELL-EQUIPPED COACH program and will establish the TWEC coaching community by RAISING THE BAR OF PROFESSIONAL COACHING. Earners prove they are well-equipped to provide coaching at the associate level by validating skills and knowledge through rigorous testing, observation, peer practice, and real-life application.

75 Hours TWEC Coaching Experience
50Hours TWEC Coaching Experience
10 Hours PCC Mentor Coaching
25Hours TWEC Coaching Experience
86 total coaching education hours. 68 core competency credits and 16 resource credits.
Attend The Well-Equipped Coach program led by an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Complete a minimum of 10 mentoring hours with a PCC-level ICF mentor.
Receive a satisfactory rating of an observed client coaching sessions with written competency-based feedback documentation.
Complete all requirements of The Well-Equipped Coach curriculum to date and attend 80% of all live classes.
