Skills
Earning Criteria
-
Earner has taken part in ACTS' Green Impact audit training. The training covered sustainability from a broad perspective to its practical implications in the work, study place and/or at home. Earner gained the necessary knowledge to conduct a Green Impact audit, and successfully used this information to assess how teams from the participating organisation have acted to promote sustainability in their environment.
-
Earner conducted at least one audit of a Green Impact team, developing their professional auditing, analytical, and relationship building skills. The audits require the earner to review documentary evidence teams have uploaded to support their sustainability work, as well as interview team members. Earner then assessed the teams in a report, using the Green Impact criteria and scoring system, and provided feedback to the program organisers.
-
Earner contributed to the Green Impact program, outcomes of which are to create a more eco-friendly, inclusive, fair, and thriving organisation. The program creates an engaged community who is more aware of sustainability issues and motivated to act upon this awareness by realising multiple actions.
