Earning Criteria

Conduct weekly mentoring meetings, including individual and group sessions, with all assigned AFB Talent Lab interns and apprentices.

Complete the AFB Talent Lab training curriculum and engage with all assignments in order to provide authentic support to participants.

Evaluate participant submissions, providing timely feedback on assignments utilizing Google Classroom or another LMS as determined by the Program Manager.

Contribute to program development by providing regular feedback on module content, assignments, and the participants’ experience in the learning program.

Attend all required team meetings, including daily team stand-ups and weekly AFB Talent Lab group check-ins.
