Customers flying on eligible flights receive an email a few days before to departure requesting them to upload their health records to an Air France Reservations online portal. Then, if all of the documents are accurate and full, a confirmation message is delivered to the customer. The boarding cards will subsequently be marked "Ready to Fly," enabling Air France staff at the airport to rapidly process them on the day of departure.
