As a certified coach (DGfC) and trainer, I support individuals and cross-functional teams in their personal or organizational change journey. My main focus is leadership development. In my program I offer a combination of 1:1 Coaching and customized trainings. With this approach my program is highly personalized and focuses on the individual development of leaders taking into account their personality, interests and strengths.
