LavaBarre is a fitness boutique that believes in balance for the body, mind and soul. The studio offers a combination of high-quality workouts, luxurious amenities and inspirational instruction to create a unique experience for every visitor. Its founders, Lauren and Vanessa, opened their first studio in Clarendon in 2012 with the aim of creating a barre class that made them sweat without feeling like they were working out. They later expanded their offerings to include more cardio and strength training.
