Jason O'Donnell

I am a Knowledge-Centered Services (KCS) nerd and passionate about knowledge management as well as post-sales support content strategy. I am also a whiskies geek and used that passion as co-owner and chief distiller at Tualatin Valley Distilling; a now-closed nano-distillery in Hillsboro, Oregon, where we produced American whiskies (as well as historic revival spirits) based on Scotch tradition and recipes.
