Willing Observers

Founded by two PhD anthropologists, Willing Observers LLC works with individuals and organizations to help them develop cultural competencies that foster inclusion and belonging. We believe that this is a bottom-up and top-down approach: we help individuals develop self-awareness, be able to notice exclusion in interactions, and develop skills to create interpersonal and team belonging. We also help organizational leaders lead with intention, developing expectations, processes, and systems to create the foundation for belonging to thrive. SHRM & HRCI recertification provider.
