Compass Training and Mentoring Program at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis

The Compass program provides early-career researchers and late-stage postdocs with the training and mentoring they need to successfully launch their careers. Program Scholars receive guidance and tools to be intentional about leading themselves, other people, and managing scientific work. They learn from one another and experienced mentors in a diverse and supportive community. The Compass digital badge is awarded to Scholars who complete the foundational training course, which includes asynchronous online learning, actively participating in a Peer Mentoring Team, and developing a Lab Manual.
