The Black Swan Group is a negotiation training and coaching company. Founded in 2008, by former FBI lead hostage negotiator and author of Never Split the Difference, Chris Voss. The Black Swan Group focuses on bringing emotional intelligence and tactical empathy skills to business negotiation to improve outcomes and ultimately transform lives.
