The Banking and Finance Fundamentals (BFF) program provides a comprehensive overview of Banking through a Westpac lens. Participants will learn about all aspects of the Banking cycle, Financial Instruments, Policies and Reporting, our Risk Environment, Tax, ESG and our Financial Systems. The Badge holder has demonstrated an appreciation for, and an understanding of key banking concepts, products, policies, and instruments and how to apply this knowledge in their roles within the Finance team.

Earning Criteria

Completed 34 hours of learning by attending 17 x 2 hour facilitated sessions and completed 17 Knowledge Tests with an 80% pass mark.
Passed BFF assessments. Each module requires 80% pass mark in the associated knowledge tests.
