Earning Criteria

Complete three two-hour workshops through the VCU School of Education's Leadership Hub: 1) Understanding the Coaching Mindset; 2) Understanding Coaching Frameworks and Powerful Inquiry; and 3) Applying the Coaching Mindset
The SHINE Framework Case Study - Provide a brief, written scenario of a "stuck" employee or student and script a response using the SHINE Model to create questions you would ask in the scenario you describe.
