The UPCEA Board of Directors directs the affairs of the Association, determines its policies, and advances its goals, except as otherwise provided in the Association's Bylaws. The Board meets three times each year in January, April, and June. Board members are nominated and elected by UPCEA member institutional representatives, and each year, three at-large members are appointed.

Earning Criteria

Serve as a member of the Board of Directors and perform duties toward the governance of the Association.
Meet in person three times annually and serve on subcommittees, task forces or for other related assignments during their tenure.
