Earning Criteria
-
To complete each unit, UM Managers must complete the online learning pathway, implement something from the online learning in their management, and attend an in-person/Zoom session that explores concepts in more depth. Completion of all six month-long units is required for the badge. Managers who earn this badge will have completed 10-20 hours of education on the various topics.
-
In addition to completing considerable online and in-person learning sessions, managers must implement something they learn from each topic in their own unit. Therefore, each area of learning is applied directly to their own work.
