During a period of approximately 7 months, mentors engaged with School of Business students interested in undertaking a Year in Industry. Mentors managed their own group of students providing encouragement, advice and guidance in relation to job search, job applications and interviews and resilience. Skills applied included clear communication, empathy, initiative, professionalism, time management and diligence.
