Earning Criteria

Earners must meet a minimum of 16 weeks of employment and work at least 7 hours per week, on average.
In order to earn the micro-credential, the student worker must earn a score of "Exceeding Expectations" on their performance evaluation in the competencies listed in the rubric.
Employee must submit an artifact on what was learned and acquired during employment and how it will be applied to future employment.
