The LEAD Program is a nomination-based Professional Development Opportunity for UBS Front Staff Leaders focusing on the UBS key strategic priorities. The program aims to drive business & personal growth by developing the right skill set and behavior and connecting with the global community. The Learning Journey contains five program modules. Participants can achieve i) program completion by completing Modules 4 and 5 and ii) CWMA re-certification by attending Modules 2, 3, 4, 5 (APAC, CH, EMEA).

Earning Criteria

  • Module 1 Program Kick Off: Senior Sponsors are positioning their expectations to the global community of nominated Front Staff Leaders. UBS Program Management Team and the leading external vendor is presenting the program learning journey as well as the concrete requirements on how to reach i) program completion and ii) CWMA re-certification (applicable for participants in region APAC, Switzerland, EMEA). The Front Staff Leaders will have the first opportunities to network and collaborate.
  • Module 2 Coaching Sessions: The LEAD Coaching Groups are peer groups, designed to strengthen and support participants in their front staff leader role. There will be up to 8 Coaching Sessions with a maximum of 6 peers, who will form a professional learning community in which they support and challenge each other to develop strategies for dealing with relevant personal- and business challenges.
  • Module 3 Learning Nuggets: The series of up to 8 learning nuggets are thought leader led sessions focusing on important topics around the UBS strategic priorities aiming to inspire, develop and support program participants in their role as Front Staff Leaders.
  • Module 4 "The Future of Wealth Management" Summit I: This 3 day hybrid conference will inspire, develop, and support Front Staff Leaders, their network, and their contribution to drive the future of Global Wealth Management together with their peers from other UBS high end development programs. The event is followed by an additional 0.5day event exclusively for LEAD program participants with the focus on the key take aways and action items for UBS Leaders explicitly.
  • Module 5 "“Five Strategic Priorities in Action” Summit II is designed to accelerate Front Staff Leadership’s ability to effectively execute against the 5 Strategic Priorities through the use of various disruptive scenarios. This immersive, 3 day learning journey will enhance diligent leadership so that Front Staff Leaders can better serve the needs of clients and co-workers while driving growth within the business.

Standards

SAQ CWMA Diploma (WM Diploma)
The SAQ certificate is a proof of quality, which attests the holder is aware of the expertise and rules of conduct defined by the industry for the consulting profession. Participants located in APAC, Switzerland and EMEA will have the opportunity to receive their CWMA re-certification by attending Modules 2, 3, 4 and 5 (not applicable for US or UK)
