Earning Criteria
-
Simulations: Participants engage in several hands-on simulations throughout the program where they learn Multipliers concepts using real-life work scenarios.
-
Experiments: Participants engaged in several experiments based on Liz Wiseman's Multipliers research. Some examples include Play Fewer Chips, Native Genius, Supersize It and Make a Debate. Participants conducted these experiments with their teams and then discussed the application and the outcomes with their peers.
-
Peer Coaching Huddles: Participants were assigned to groups of their cross-functional peers. They met at least monthly to discuss their experiments and debrief the results. These huddles also presented their final capstone, the RISE X-Factor presentations together at the end of the program.
-
Multipliers 360 Assessment: Participants received feedback from their leaders, peers and direct reports on their multiplying and diminishing behaviors. They also received insight into any accidental diminishers that they demonstrate in the work environment.
-
Learning Sprints: Participants engaged in three- four hour learning sprints based on the aggregate results of the 360 assessment. They learned techniques on how to make decisions, influence with story as well as how to effectively be an inclusive leader.
-
Mursion simulations: Participants actively engaged in virtual learning application scenarios where they work through having difficult conversations with avatars in a psychologically safe environment. The avatars then give feedback on how the conversations went. Participants completed at least 6 of these application simulations.
