Earning Criteria

  • Program consists of 6 skill-building sessions, small group learning, one-on-one executive coaching sessions, plus the opportunity to expand one's network and learn from a senior panel of executives.
  • Participate in 6 Skill-building Sessions: Effective Delegation, Executive Presence, Managing Your Career Brand, Leading Hybrid Teams & Courage In Leadership, The Birkman Method (2 Sessions)
  • Participate in a Coach-led Session with Your Assigned Small Group - Birkman review & Building Your Development Plan as well as 2 additional Coach-led small group sessions during skill-building modules.
  • Participate in two (2) one-on-one Executive Coaching sessions with your assigned coach.
