Certified Rehabilitation Leader (CRL)
The CRL possesses the skills and tools necessary to lead continuous improvement efforts so their organizations can meet the challenges of the future while meeting the career needs of people with disabilities. The certificant can successfully demonstrate proficiency and understanding of six leadership domains: purpose-driven leadership; conscious leadership; cultural leadership; creative leadership; inspirational leadership; and collaborative leadership.

Earning Criteria

Must complete the National Certified Transformational Rehabilitation Leadership Training Program containing six domains of transformational vocational rehabilitation leadership.
