Earning Criteria

Earners must be a new employee hired within the last year and are within their first 6 months with State Farm.

Earners must have completed learning elements in the Onboarding Center of Excellence Social Learning Center included in the first 6 months of the curriculum: Months 1–3 Get Connected and Months 3–6 Get Involved.

Earners must have completed their New Employee Welcome to Our Neighborhood Badge Tracker and submitted it with the Badge Request form.
