Earning Criteria

All Emerging Leaders Program participants must attend at least ten workshops hosted by the Office of Leadership and Service. Participants must attend at least two workshops from each Core Competency of the Soka Contributive Leadership framework.

All participants must write a 750 word reflection paper at the end of their experience to synthesize their learning from the ten workshops and volunteer experience as well as complete a self-assessment.

All participants must volunteer 15+ hours during the course of their experience to apply their learning into action in serving their community.
