The Red Hat® Engineering Leadership Program (ELA) is a key component of the leadership strategy in developing high performing technical women. ELA is a 9-month program with a cadence of continuous learning and application thru formal strategy projects, coaching and mentoring. Leaders are selected for participation based on a track record of excellent performance and potential. Participants will be issued a digital badge when all criteria have been met to graduate from the program.
