2018 Red Hat APAC Leadership Expansion Program Coaching Academy

The Red Hat APAC Leadership Expansion Program (ALEP) Coaching Academy is offered as an extension of the ALEP. This intensive program provides participants an opportunity to develop Coaching capabilities through practice, reflection and application. Earners of this designation have demonstrated the ability to influence positive behavioral change in associates through one-on-one coaching. Participants will be issued a digital badge when all criteria have been met to graduate from the program.
