2016 Red Hat APAC Leadership Expansion Program

The Red Hat APAC Leadership Expansion Program (ALEP) is a key component of the leadership strategy in developing Red Hat’s APAC leaders. ALEP is a 10-month program with a cadence of continuous learning and application through formal learning, action learning projects and Executive Coaching. Leaders are selected for participation based on a track record of excellent performance and potential. Participants will be issued a digital badge when all criteria have been met to graduate from the program.
