Earning Criteria

Participants have successfully completed a 10-week blended learning program consisting of 45 minutes to one hour of self-paced e-learning and weekly 60-minute interactive workshops.

All successful participants passed a comprehensive knowledge exam on all eight core modules.

To earn accreditation, participants must successfully present a new client growth strategy to a sponsoring manager and demonstrate that all learning outcomes have been successfully applied.

Participants of the accreditation program have had weekly 1-hour coaching and role-play feedback sessions with their sponsoring sales manager.
