Accelerate - Effectively provide structure and help to high-priority programs and projects. Provide a cross-BU coterie that encourages cooperation and makes projects more successful.
Provide - Provide a “technical bench” to respond efficiently to the ongoing technical needs of the business. Be visible “specialists” that help us respond to new pressures and sales opportunities.
Create - Elevate new ideas and opportunities to the SLT for consideration. Provide technical feedback to senior leadership. Promote learning and growth within the Rackspace technical community
Engage - Increase the job satisfaction of our top technical Rackers by engaging them in Rackspace’s mission. Provide them the opportunities and compensation that will keep them at Rackspace and attract like talent.
