Earning Criteria

Creation: TCT members should be creating new things and finding solutions to complex problems rather than solely optimizing (but optimizing in addition to creating is certainly welcomed)
Business Impact: The projects they’ve worked on should have a wide and large impact on the business.
Impactful Work: Should make contributions to the business that positively affects teams outside of their specific BU
Known Leader: Should be a known technical leader and a "go-to" person for technical knowledge in one or more areas.
Technical Reach: Should be very strong in a few technical areas and use the knowledge to build something novel with other teams
Rackspace Reach: Should be able to be dropped into any other technical team in Rackspace and lead a project successfully.
