Accomplish successfuly (80% at minimum) internal assessment on Foundations of User Research including (a) User Interviews & Contextual Inquiries, (b) Usability Test and (c) Service Design
Accomplish successfuly (80% at minimum) internal assessment on Accessibility Foundations and Web Content Accessibility.
Submit a real business case showcasing the impactful use of UX research in achieving desired outcomes. The case is evaluated by a P&G expert during an interview, ensuring its alignment with industry standards and recognizing its success in driving tangible results.
