The Emotional Capital programme helps leaders to define and explore the 10 competencies of emotionally intelligent leaders to unlock and overcome the leadership challenges of today.Participants learnt about their own Emotional capital, attended live workshops to deepen their understanding and had access to a toolkit of resources to increase their self-awareness enabling them to improve their Emotional Intelligence.
