Strategies & Effectiveness for Educators

Issued by Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education (OSRHE)

Earners of the Strategies and Effectiveness Credential for Educators participate in three in person sessions designed for K–12 public and private school systems. The experience builds skills to strengthen classroom practice, organization, and community through professionalism, effective communication, and relationship building. Participants develop a Classroom Management Plan that incorporates conflict resolution and positive behavior strategies.

Complete the assessment in the form of an exam and the development of a Classroom Management Plan
