Earners of the Career Success micro-credential have completed a personalized pathway based on their developed approved Career Action Plan that includes articulation of their learning goals, career goals and identification of values, interests, and transferable skills.

Earning Criteria

Complete at least one career-related, work-based experience such as an internship/practicum with a positive performance evaluation.
Meet with Success Coach and/or Advisor toward the creation of their Career Action Plan and complete career exploration utilizing Focus 2.
Participate in two approved career-relevant event/workshops or complete a career readiness course such as NSCI 1710, NSCI 3710, EDUC 2011, EDUC 3211 (OR) complete an approved Coursera career readiness module.
Complete a Handshake profile and explore career opportunities.
