They have demonstrated technical mastery through a comprehensive multi-month program, which includes deep technical training, knowledge checks, labs, and hands-on delivery.

Earning Criteria

Technical sessions on Microsoft Fabric including hands-on labs, knowledge checks and a Hackathon covering the following topics: Microsoft Fabric - OneLake and Data Engineering, Data Integration and Orchestration, Real-time Analytics, Modernize Data Warehouse, Data Science, Generative AI and Copilots.
After completing technical training sessions, the participant moves to the hands-on delivery phase of the Insider Program. This phase is focused on real-world application of the acquired technical knowledge to implement customer scenarios and includes the design and implementation of a POC scenario followed by a presentation on results. Upon a successful evaluation by their mentor, the participant earns the Insider badge.
