Students explore coaching ethics, credentials, and professional pathways while developing skills to navigate ethical dilemmas. Emphasis is placed on building a strong foundation for effective, ethical, and professional coaching practice.
ORGL 54750 - Coaching Methodologies, Assessments and Research: This course equips students to apply diverse coaching models and techniques to real-world organizational contexts. Learners integrate systems thinking, leadership assessments, and research-based practices to enhance coaching effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on using data-driven insights to build self-awareness, set goals, and measure impact, preparing students to deliver transformative coaching outcomes.
