Earning Criteria

  • Student Leader: Level 2
  • Have previously held a formal leadership role within the School, or taken initiative in an informal leadership capacity in a school-endorsed area.
  • Demonstrate well-developed leadership skills and the ability to inspire, empower, and positively influence others.
  • Support the growth of another student by mentoring them - modelling positive behaviours, offering guidance, or sharing leadership experience.
  • Demonstrate a clear leadership vision and alignment with the School’s values in their actions and contributions.
  • Complete a self-reflection outlining your beliefs and perspectives on leadership
  • Submit a staff reference in support of their application (50 words maximum).
