  • Student Leader: Level 1
  • Awarded a formal leadership role within the School, or voluntarily takes the lead in a School endorsed area. This might include Tutor Captains, Shine Ambassadors, Peer Support Leaders.
  • Completed two School years in which they have undertaken a leadership role.
  • Demonstrates development of leadership skills over the course of their term.
  • Completes a self reflection that demonstrates what has been learned and achieved. The application includes a reference from a teacher.
