Earning Criteria

Must be a Kyndryl Employee, have received Kyndryl Core Coach badge, and a Member of the Kyndryl Coaching Community (Required).

Complete 4 hour Kyndryl Core Coach Facilitator training program in order to build an understanding of the role of the Coach Facilitator in Kyndryl Core Coaching (KCC), learn how to establish a trusting environment to build capacity and confidence, and administer learning using digital tools.

Successfully co-led a cohort of KCC Coaches through the KCC coaching skills training program.

Embody Coach Facilitator mindset: Able to create an engaging learning experience for a group of aspiring coaches, transition to a growth mindset, and continuously improve every day. Able to establish trust and a supportive environment for group discussions during difficult times.

Ability to teach GROW coaching model: Skilled in the application of the GROW model in a business context and teach it to others, skilled in curious thinking and powerful questioning, and skilled in Emotional Intelligence by managing and recognizing one’s own emotions, understanding other people, what motivates them, and how to partner with them.
