This badge is awarded to students who serve as Peer Success Coaches for at least one year during their academic journey. Peer Success Coaches assume responsibility for supporting the personal and academic success of 25-50 students every semester. All Peer Success Coaches complete extensive training utilizing counseling and human services skills to ensure they are equipped for the role.
